Home Server Project

Initial Incarnation

Right now my home-lab is a hodgepodge of equipment. My main machine used to be a raspberry pi 3b, but I have since replaced it with a Beelink Mini S12, which is a decent little machine. It's running Proxmox with a variety of LXCs and virtual machines.

For storage, I have a Synology DS216 that I got from my parents after they had it for several years and failed to do anything with it. It's currently hosting my media and photo library and not much else at the moment, I'm a little scared of running much more as the family's entire photo library are on there and even though the are WD Reds I'd rather not tempt fate lol.

The third machine is a Fujitsu S900(?). It's a former corporate thin client that used to run my home assistant installation, but since I got the Beelink it's been reconfigured to act as our computer science club's unofficial tilde server.
